Urban Community Partnership

The Town of Fulton, which is coming up on it's 150 birthday, needs some TLC!  

The residences and businesses are coming together to address a handful of issues and to create a plan toward a more livable and dynamic downtown.  The upcoming mini charrette will be to put pencil to paper and create a graphic plan for further discussion and implementation.
