Urban Community Partnership

Urban Community Partnership will be speaking at this years North Bay Construction Conference about maximizing value in our urban centers.  

The region's financial engine is it's down towns. We have invested in a new train, reunified squares and civic centers, a health action plan, a climate action plan and economic development initiatives and still see low return from development meant to leverage this community investment.  UCP's presentation will take a quick dive into the basic way we must be planning in our downtowns to support our future.
